Monster Coffeeshop is a 2D mobile game where you play as a barista tending to otherworldly patrons in a quaint coffeeshop. Tap out drink combinations and serve them to your customers as you get to know them through dialogue events. Fill your journal with recipes and your new customer-friends!

My contributions:

  • came up with the core gameplay and design with co-creater Ah-Young Joo
  • illustrated all the drinks, reaction bubbles and UI elements

  • implemented mechanics and art into engine

  • composed and mixed the background music track

  • created sounds for the sound design

Tap on combinations of ingredients (three at a time) to make a drink, and then drag and drop onto a customer to serve.

Check your journal frequently to see drink recipes that you've unlocked and your customers' likes and dislikes.

Trigger dialogue events with customers as you level up in affection with them, and make the right (or wrong) choices!
